Biography
World-renowned percussionist Sheila E. has been living to the beat of her own drum. This amazingly talented percussionist introduced us to her “ Glamorous Life' in her work with the legendary Prince. Having also play ed with countless other major music icons, Sheila E . has had a unique vantage point for identifying other extraordinary female talent in a mostly male music world. It is from this point of view, that early 2006 she has created her new band C.O.E.D. Chronicles Of Every Diva featuring herself on drums/percussion and vocals, Rhonda Smith on bass and vocals and Kat Dyson on guitar and vocals. This awesome ensemble of three are acclaimed professional musicians in their own right, and has graced the stage and recorded with some of the greats. Needless to say their collective talents, combined with their individual strengths and unique beauty, create unprecedented magic. They are currently working on their debut CD project and have already released a first single titled “Waters Of Life”.

SHEILA E. – drums/percussion & vocals
Born into the music dynasty of the Escovedo family, Sheila is the world's most famous and sought after female drummer and percussionist. Best known for hit singles such as "Glamorous Life" and "Love Bizarre", Prince introduced Sheila E. as his favorite protege. Was the first female Music Director for the late night variety show, "The Magic Hour", hosted by Magic Johnson. Has also directed shows for Prince, Beyonce, TI, Jay Z, and Jennifer Lopez. Appeared in concert with Ringo Starr, Lionel Richie, Marvin Gaye, Diana Ross, Prince, among others. Nominated for Grammys and winner of an American Music Award and MTV Award to her credit. Currently working on the first ever E Family CD project, and was recently seen weekly on FOX's "The Next Great American Band" as one of the celebrity judges, created by the producers of American Idol.
RHONDA SMITH – bass & vocals
From the age of eleven, when she commandeered one of her brother's guitars and began picking out the bass parts of Deep Purple's "Smoke On The Water", the Canadian-born stunner knew that she had found her true vocation. Bass guitarist, composer, performer and Juno Award winner, Rhonda has toured and recorded with Prince for 10 years. Former bass play er for Martin Short and Wayne Brady's daytime variety shows. Has appeared with Justin Timberlake, Brian McKnight, Candy Dulfer, Beyonce Knowles, the late Robert Palmer and more. Has released a new CD project titled "RS2".
KAT DYSON – guitar & vocals
Guitarist-vocalist, composer and artist Kat Dyson relocated to Los Angeles from Minneapolis a few years ago...a native southerner, with rock and blues in her soul, she was lead guitarist and band member for Prince and The New Power Generation during the Jam of the Year and Emancipation tours as well as his electrifying 2005 NAACP awards performance. She has performed alongside such artists as Cyndi Lauper, Mick Jagger, Sarah McLachlan, Buddy Guy, BB King, Chaka Khan, T.I., Carlos Santana, Stevie Wonder, Natalie Cole, Celine Dion, Donny Osmond, Ziggy Marley, Musique Soulchild, Patti LaBelle, Mary Mary, D'Angelo, George Clinton and the P Funk All Stars among others. Since 2007 she has been touring all over the globe with world famous Italian rock artist Zucchero, with whom she has already done over 100 shows. In addition to releasing her EP "Colour Kommentary", she has composed music for television and film.
